The concept of manifestation, or attracting what you want in life by focusing on it and giving energy to it, has been around since the early 1900s, when it was coined by ‘New Thought Movement’ writer ‘William Walker Atkinson’ in his book ‘Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction’ in the Thought World. our focus away from fear, worry, or doubt and toward something we desire. Then

start by focusing on things you’re grateful for. When you make a list of all
the things you’re grateful for, it will get your mind to focus on positive
thoughts about every situation and begin attracting what you want. Feeling
thankful for what already exists in your life is a powerful way to attract more
of that into your life. When we feel grateful, we begin to see what we have in
our lives-and desire more of it, Whitaker says. By changing how you feel about
things that are already in your life, you change how things will materialize in
your life going forward.
Practice
gratitude daily, and tell everyone in your life about it. When friends and
family hear what you appreciate about them, they’ll feel good about themselves,
too. It can even get them to open up and share things with you that they didn’t
think were important before.
Avoid Negativity

Everyone around you is a mirror and
what you put out into the world will be reflected back. With that said, if you
want to manifest your dreams, don’t associate with negative people because they
will drag you down to their level and send more negativity your way. For
example, when I was starting my first business everyone around me was telling
me it would fail and there were many moments when I wanted to quit. And
although I knew deep inside that I would succeed, there were still moments when
my confidence wavered and there were times where self-doubt crept in. To make
things worse, there were also a lot of negative people in my life who thought I
wouldn’t succeed.
If you’re
focusing on what you don’t want in your life, you’re setting yourself up for
more failure and negativity. If that sounds harsh, think about it: if something
bad happens to you, how likely are you to find a positive way to spin it? If
not, why not? Being aware of negative thoughts is an important part of taking
control over them. The more we can let go of negativity in our lives (as much
as possible) and get back to a more positive mindset, there is only so much
room left for positivity to come in. Having a good attitude will only attract
things that reflect what we feel we deserve
Create an Action Plan

There are hundreds, if not thousands,
of books written on how to manifest money and your dreams. And while that's
great and everything, it can be pretty intimidating to even know where to
start. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed by all of these different
teachings, take a step back from them for a moment. Remember that they're just
tools to help you live your life more effectively—not things to stress over too
much. Find a quiet place where you can think clearly and focus only on your
manifestation goals: I want $100,000 dollars in my bank account within one
year; I want my dream house paid off; I want my
wife/husband/girlfriend/boyfriend to finally fall in love with me now!
If you've
just created a vision board, an action plan is key. With your vision board
nearby, take some time to write down concrete steps that you can take to make
your dreams come true. Start with one goal (if you have multiple goals, add
another action step for each). Write all actions in the present tense, like take
dance classes or eat healthy breakfast every day. It's important not to use
future tense because it often creates anxiety and blocks people from attaining
their goals. Take time each week to review your action plan and look for ways
to tweak it. This may be difficult at first because it may bring up fears or
doubts about whether or not these desires can really come true, but don't allow
those thoughts and feelings to derail you too much.
Believe It Will Happen

If you want something to happen, you
need to believe it will. The Law of Attraction manifests based on what we focus
on and believe. In order to utilize it successfully, you have to truly believe
that what you want is coming and allow yourself to feel positive about it. It’s
not enough for just your thoughts and words — there has to be emotion behind
them. When you believe in yourself, your thoughts have power as well as
purpose. Think positively about what you desire and then take action toward it.
You’ll get a lot further than if you try to convince yourself that what you
desire isn’t possible.
The biggest
key to using LOA for your dreams is to know that it will happen. You don’t need
to see anything outside of what you’ve already manifested, just put your
attention on what you want and believe it will come. Most importantly, be
consistent with your thoughts and feelings around what you want because at some
point you’ll see evidence or prove yourself right. Even if things don’t show up
immediately, they do overtime just because you haven’t given up on believing
in them. Eventually, they’ll manifest no matter what because you were thinking
about them and feeling good when they happened before they were here.
