These exercises aim to increase the flow of energy throughout the body. These exercises are basically for the elasticity of the acupuncture meridians and the spine.

As it is said, "A healthy mind resides in a healthy body." Therefore, physical exercise is an important or necessary part of mental and psychological well-being, so that you can manifest better.

This series of exercises is quick and easy, making it the perfect activity to start your day. If you're not used to exercising in the morning, you may be able to discover waking up like this is better rather than from a cup of coffee. It will make you feel clearer and calmer and will allow you to take on better challenges.

With all exercises: relax your body as much as possible and breathe from your stomach. Do it on the right and left sides of the body.

Feet flexibility procedure

This exercise stimulates certain acupuncture points that have this effect, so your muscles are relaxed and supple. This is ideal from the start, as the rest of the exercise goes more smoothly when the muscles are in better shape.

Do this when you are sitting on something low, for example on the bed.

1. Place the lowest part of your left calf on your other knee. Place your left thumb on the Achilles tendon on your ankle and hold it with your left hand. (Do not press your thumb into the space between the tendons and your ankles.)

Place your right hand on the sole of your foot by putting the hand on its ball.

Then rotate your foot a total of 20 times with your right hand. Rotate in both directions to relax your feet.

2. Grip your left foot with your left hand from the upper side. Grasp all of the toes with your right hand, placing your fingers on top, your thumb around your big toe, and the top of your palm under the toes. Rotate your toes about 20 times in both directions. Relax your legs again.

Repeat it with your right foot.

Perform the exercise while squatting

These exercises are so easy to perform that they are good to start at the beginning of a set.

Sit with your legs crossed on the floor or bed or on a mat.

1. Grasp your ankles with your hands and slowly bend your back forward and backward.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

2. Sit with your hips on your heels and your lower extremities pushed down. With your hands on your knees, slowly bend your back, back and forth.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

3. Cross your fingers and place them behind the neck. Move your upper back from side to side, to the right and left. Have your elbows almost touching the floor on both sides.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

4. Look back over your shoulder by turning your head.

Do this twice on both sides.

5. Gently pull your ears from all sides.

Since the ears contain acupuncture points that can reach the entire body, it is recommended that this exercise strengthen the connectivity of the ears.

Work out while sitting

Open the meridians of the legs.

Sit on a bed or rug with your legs extended. Rotate both feet alternately to the right and left. Turn it just enough so that the side of the foot touches the surface.

Do this for one minute.

Exercise while standing

To wake up a little.

Stand with your legs parallel and the shoulder width apart. Instead of locking your knees, bend them slightly to relax and allow the energy to flow uninterrupted.

1. Stand alternately on the toes of each foot and walk in place. Move your opposite hand forward as if you were walking.

Do this 10 to 20 times.

2. Only move your shoulders up, back, down, and forward.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

3. Rotate your arm in front of you like a windmill.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

4. Rotate your arm to the side while grasping the muscle under your armpit with your other hand.

Do this 4 to 10 times with both arms.

5. Extend one arm upwards and the other downwards. Upper hand with palms facing upwards and fingers on the opposite side, And lower hand with palm down and fingers forward.

Hold for 1-2 seconds, then slowly relax and change the position of your palms with each other.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

6. Put your hand on your hips and move the bottom forward, then to the right, back, left, forward, etc., and rotate the bottom. Also move it counterclockwise.

Do this 4 to 10 times.

7. Hang your arms to the side and rotate your upper back to the left, right, etc. Relax your arms and upper body and move from your hips.

Do this 10 to 20 times.

8. Place your heels on a table or chair and extend the back of your leg. Put your hands near your knees and stretch them slightly.
